Envirolube® XE is a robust lubricant for open gears, particularly furnaces and ball mills. It is an asphalt and heavy metal free lubricant. Instead of asphalt, it contains a blend of high viscosity petroleum distillates, synthetic polymers and resins. The advantage over asphalt is that the lubricant does not harden over time. This makes the cleaning process much easier.
